Teleonix RTUs can be used for the monitoring of switch gear and transformers. Teleonix RTUs can be set up to be controlled by central control stations which will instruct the RTU to potentially open and close switch gear and adjust settings.

Teleonix RTUs can also monitor voltage, current and power parameters and log this data with a time and date stamp. All data is stored from day one of the RTU being installed and this archive of data can then be used to evaluate system performances and is always instantly available for any necessary later retrieval.

Teleonix RTUs can also be used in the remote operation and maintenance of industrial gas production and storage installations. At remote sites, Liquid Petroleum Gas levels within storage tanks can be monitored and data transferred direct to SSL protected secure Internet sites to enable suppliers to re-fill when the minimum level points are triggered.
