Input/Outputs

The system has been designed to have a fully modular set of inputs provided by miniature plug-in interface cards. Up to 15 direct wired interface cards are supported.

Further expandable using short range RF wireless nodes.

Interface options include

Wireless Nodes

Unit supports local short range wireless RF network allowing sensors that cannot be directly wired to send data via the RF link to the main unit. RF units are license free and battery operated.

Data Logging and Alarms

Each logging channel can be set to log on interval, input change or event. Data can be averaged before logging or alarm processing. Data is time stamped and stored for uploading on a regular and programmable time interval.

Alarms can be set to cause alerts when samples exceed or fall below levels, rate of rise, rate of fall, count rate. Multiple contacts can be alerted via SMS or email with a programmable message on any alarm activation. Any alarm activation causes an immediate upload of all logged data to the data server.

All logging functions are fully reprogrammable over the Internet.

Communications

GPRS / GSM / Ethernet. Unit will support as standard dual band operation on 900Mhz and 1800 MHz. (optional tri-band operation possible). Unit is fully IP (Internet Protocol) based allowing direct communication and reprogramming over the Internet. Immediate alarms can be programmed to be sent via SMS and email. Unit's timestamp is kept very accurate by NTP (Network Time Protocol) time updating on a regular basis. Data sent from the logger is viewable from anywhere using standard Web browser and Internet connection.

Software

The ability to customise data presentation and various software customer interaction features for each individual user. The Teleonix software package is constantly being updated and includes new reporting and printing features plus enhanced integration with other Web Service enabled applications so that the best possible solutions can be achieved.
